Personally, I feel much better prepared that we have the trained staff to deal with uncomfortable issues. The recent first aid refresher course was handled thoroughly & efficiently. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging & made the course an enjoyable experience (we have had some quite jaded instructors in the past, so she was a breath of fresh air!)
